1. Your First Morning In Fort Smith

Need coffee? Or a latte? Nsixty Trading Company is the place to go. They love coffee and want to share their passion with you! Visit their new location and maybe play some arcade games while you’re there!

Then head across the street to the Northern Life Museum & Cultural Centre (NLMCC) and engage with the South Slave's history. This historic building was one of the first commercial projects of the area. Originally started by the facilitators of the Catholic Mission, the NLMCC became a way to preserve the stories of the north. On your way out, be sure to stop by the gift shop for hand-crafter souvenirs!

Fun Fact:

With over 17,000 artifacts, the NLMCC holds what is considered among the best collection of northern native and early white settlement material in Canada.

With over 44,000km² of wilderness to explore, WBNP offers the perfect venue for an afternoon outing with breath-taking views of the boreal forest around every bend.
