Lottery schemes, including bingos, raffles, and casinos within the Town of Fort Smith, are regulated under Bylaw 1037, Lottery Licensing Bylaw, which is attached in the documents below.
If you are interested in hosting a lottery (bingo, raffle, casino, etc.), please fill out the attached Lottery License Application Form, attached below in documents, and submit to Town Hall.
