Lottery schemes including bingos, raffles and casinos within the Town of Fort Smith are regulated under Bylaw 644 Lottery Licencing Bylaw, see attached in documents below.
If you are interested in hosting a lottery (bingo, raffle, casino, etc.) please fill out the attached Lottery Licence Application Form, attached below in documents, and submit to Town Hall.
If you are applying less than one month in advance of your lottery there is a $65 late fee.
