All dog owners in the Town of Fort Smith are required to have a license. See Dog License Registration form attached below.
Everyone applying for a Dog License must provide the following information:
- Name, street address and postal address of owner
- Name and breed of dog
- Valid certificates or proof of vaccination, including rabies, other information may be requested
Fees:
- Spayed female dog: $10
- Neutered male dog: $10
- Un-neutered male or female dog: $40
Dog Teams
- Annual Kennel Fee: $75
- Each dog: $5
