Property Assessment Notice
The GNWT has completed a General Re-Assessment of all properties in the Town of Fort Smith for the 2025 assessment and 2026 taxation year. This process is required every ten years.
Updated property values are now available on the Certified Assessment Roll at Town Hall.
Property owners are encouraged to review their assessment.
MACA and the Town of Fort Smith will be holding an Open House in the Council Chambers at Town Hall to answer assessment-related questions.
