The Fort Smith Visitor Information Centre is a shared space with the Town of Fort Smith and Wood Buffalo National Park. We are here to help answer all of your questions and make sure you have an amazing visit to the region!
Internet is available to visitors at the Visitor Information Centre and at Mary Kaeser Library.

Town of Fort Smith - Tours available by request
1. Pelicans, Paddlers and Plants - A guided hike to see the American White Pelicans on the Slave River and learn about their ecosystem. Tours available every Saturday @ 2:00 pm or by request.
2. Discover Fort Smith - Are you curious about the languages, history and people of Fort Smith? Drop by for a guided tour every Wednesday @ 2:00 pm or by request!
Wood Buffalo National Park - Programs run June 28 - Aug. 18
1. Grosbeak Lake Guided Hike - Every Thursday evening, meet at the Grosbeak Lake trailhead at 7:00 pm
2. Whoop There It Is - Drop by for this whopper of a Whooping Crane program at the Salt Plains lookout on Tuesdays between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm
3. Bison Program - Drop by the Dëldël Kué Day Use Shelter on Sundays between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm
