Town of Fort Smith issued a complete fire ban for the community

Due to strong winds and ongoing extreme fire conditions the Town of Fort Smith has issued a complete fire ban for the municipality.

No open fires will be allowed within the municipal boundaries until further notice.

BBQs and other propane appliances can be used with extreme caution. Keep your BBQ clean and free of grease build up. Make sure to use it away from structures and flammable material.
