Joan's Health & Fitness provides wellness services that include personal training and body analysis, fitness classes and stress reduction therapies.

Joan has a degree in Physiotherapy and is experienced in both fitness trianing, massage therapy and ergonomics. The holistic treatments, both theraputic and relaxation, are varied and affordable. They include: massage, rheiki, and more!

Monday

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm - Strong Nation -  60 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of synced music motivation.

Tuesday

Book a Private Session - Call 867-621-2582 to book your fitness session

Wednesday

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm - Pilates - Core strengthening using light weights and iso bands.

Thursday

5:15 pm - 6:15 pm - Strong Nation - 60 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with the science of synced music motivation.

Saturday

11:00 am - 12:00 pm - Yogalates with Joan - Integrating yoga stretch, breathing meditation and gentle core strengthening.

 

Gym Area: Treadmill, Elliptical Trainer, Rowing Machine, Bicycle and Abdominal Trainer.

10% Off for Students:  Swedish Thai Massage, Rheiki, Foot Baths and Massages.

Fees:

$10 drop in fee per class 

$80 punch pass for 10 classes

$80 membership per month for unlimited classes
