The Town of Fort Smith is planning for the future. One step is developing a community plan which includes four areas: Strategic, Capital Investment, Community Energy and Human Resources. Together these will form the Integrated Community Sustainability Plan, which is required to qualify for more than $3.6 million (over five years) of Federal Gas Tax funding.
