The train is a wonderful way to experience Canada’s diverse scenery. Unfortunately, passenger trains do not travel to the North. VIA Rail Canada can take you as far as Edmonton on your journey to Fort Smith. From there, you can either fly, rent a car, or take the bus the rest of the way.
