Elder of the Year: 
This award is an annual recognition for an individual who exemplifies, wisdom, guidance and a lifetime to dedicated service. Their efforts significantly enrich the lives of other in community.

Citizen of the Year:
This award is an annual recognition for an individual who demonstrates exceptional service, leadership and dedication to the community. Their effort makes a significant positive impact.

Paul Currie Volunteer of the Year:
This award is an annual recognition for an individual who demonstrates outstanding commitment, selflessness and dedication to volunteerism. They significantly contribute to the betterment of the community.

Live music will take place from 1:00PM - 4:00PM

There are 5 x 25 Minute Slots

12:30PM (O'Canada)
1:00PM to 1:25PM
1:30PM to 1:55PM
2:30PM to 2:55PM
3:00PM to 3:25PM
3:30PM to 3:55PM

Payment is $150/performer for their performance. Soloists and bands up to 5 people are encouraged to apply.

The Town of Fort Smith reserves the right to sole-select the performers should there be more applications that slots.
